Worked as lead researcher, then head of laboratory at the Institute of Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences; expert of the Russian-European Centre for Economic Policy (RECEP); Director of the Department of Research of the Russian Central Bank; Executive Director of the Development Centre economic studies foundation; head of the Department of Macroeconomic Forecasting of the RF Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
In 2008–2014, RF Deputy Minister of Economic Development.
